How we compare

Every comparison on this site follows the same four commitments, so you can judge for yourself how much weight each page deserves before you rely on it.

1. Vendor-sourced, dated facts. Every fact about a competitor comes from that vendor's public website, links to the exact page it was read on, and carries the date we checked it, so you can see how fresh it is and verify it yourself.
2. Not published, rather than no. When a vendor does not state a capability on its public website, the table says Not published together with the date we checked. We never turn silence into a no.
3. We concede where a competitor is stronger. Each comparison has a section on what the other tool does better, written in plain words and placed before we describe where we are ahead.
4. Our claims stay on our public site. Anything we say about CCTV Design Tool is limited to what this website already states, and our prices are read from our own pricing page rather than typed into a comparison.
